Columns

Columns define the stages a story moves through from creation to completion.

Default columns

When you create a project, it comes with these columns:

Customizing columns

Click the Columns button in the top right of the board to manage your column layout.

You can:

• Add columns — for stages specific to your workflow (e.g. "Blocked", "In Review")
• Remove columns — if you don't need all defaults
• Reorder columns — drag to rearrange the flow

Copying columns from another project

When creating a new project, use the Copy columns from dropdown to reuse a column layout from an existing project. This saves time when running similar workflows across projects.
