Joining the Cohort
Bring your idea, join a project, or start earning in an open one.
The alpha cohort runs August 24 – September 25. There are three ways in:
Bring your own idea, bring a project you already work on, or pick one from the ideas board and start earning in it.
- Apply at workers.vc
- Set up your team's pie on Dash
- Start logging hours on tasks in Marten
Give whatever time you like — general startup feedback or domain expertise. Mentoring is tracked work: it earns equity in the accelerator itself.
- Pick time slots on the calendar
- Show up, review work, give feedback
- Your hours are peer-reviewed like everyone else's
Two different ways to help:
- Sponsor — your money pays participant stipends and keeps the program free for teams (from $200)
- Invest — invest in the accelerator itself on standard instruments (Slicing Pie / Fairmint rolling SAFE)
- A Slack account (hours logging integrates with Slack)
- A team or a willingness to join one
- Work you can put hours against
Once you're in, you'll use:
