Peer Review

The majority approves the work — nobody can just put hours anywhere.

Every logged hour goes through peer review before it converts into equity weight.

The review flow

  1. A team member logs hours against a task
  2. The team sees the entry on the dashboard with the work description
  3. Members approve or reject
  4. Majority approval moves the hours into the pie

What reviewers look for

  • Did the described work actually happen?
  • Does the hours estimate match the work?
  • Is the task within the venture's scope?

Why it matters

Review is what makes hours verifiable. Investors get a verified contribution history instead of dead equity, and the team trusts that the pie reflects real work.
