Informal live direction votes for meetings — work-weighted and recorded for the team.

The Votes page lets you run informal direction votes during meetings. Access it at dash.workers.vc/o/[org-slug]/votes/.

These are informal live direction votes for meetings — work-weighted so contribution is reflected, and recorded for the team. They are not binding elections. Formal elections happen elsewhere.

  2. Add Options — one per line (at least two required)

Vote results

When you open a vote, you see:

  • Vote title with a Live badge (or closed status)
  • Leading option — highlighted by weight
  • Weighted results — slices cast, showing each option's share
  • Raw count — one-member-one-vote count shown alongside for transparency

How weighting works

The weighted result reflects each voter's work weight as it stood when the vote opened (snapshot) — later earnings don't change a recorded result.

This means:

  • Your vote power = your slices at the moment the vote opened
  • More contributing members have more influence
  • The snapshot ensures fairness — no one can earn votes after the fact

Closing a vote

Click Close vote to end voting. The final results are recorded in history.

History

Past votes appear in the History section with their final results.
