Manage team members, roles, invites, and sponsors for your organization.
The Members page lets you manage your organization's team. Access it at dash.workers.vc/o/[org-slug]/members/.
The main table lists all members with their details:

For each member you can:
Set a default hourly rate for all members. Members without an individual override use this rate.
Sponsors are companies or individuals outside the team who hold a share of the pie — typically for money or ideas already put at risk.

Their share falls from here as members earn. Granting again tops them up.
Use the invite form to bring new people into the organization.

For founders bringing their own venture:

Their pie starts empty. What the venture is worth on day one is theirs to set on their own pie board.

Click Mint invite link to generate the invitation.
